It's hard to believe, but summer is on its way out and the holidays are coming! That being said...

Please find here the annual promotion packages for 2008/09.  We are trying to do things a bit differently this year and combine all of the events into one single promotion package that will benefit everyone involved. 

  Usually, your business will be approached 4 or 5 times a year to support various events that the Board of Trade and others are organizing...such as the Easter Promotion and the Christmas promotion...this year, we would like to approach you only ONE time. 

  With the packages we are offering this year, your business will be supporting 5 events instead of just the one. This means that your business will be advertised (degree of advertising depends on package chosen) as supporters for ALL 5 of these events. (The Easter promotion is co-ordinated each year by Paula Buxton...we will just be collecting the funding for her this year so that it is that much less work for a busy mom and business owner!)

  Also, each and every package that is sponsored includes FREE advertisement in the Annapolis Retailer!  The larger the package you choose, the more perks you will get! 

  Please have a look at the attached information.  I will be coming around in a couple of weeks to speak with you all about this and collect registrations.  Please note the due date for payment as we will be beginning the advertising for the Christmas promotion before we know it!  That will kick in this year on November 14th! Time flies when we're having fun!!!
